How it worked

Salesforce is a tenant at Salesforce Tower, a 46-floor building in central London. Like most tenants, it doesn’t own the HVAC. So we worked with what was there:

01

Rensair’s analysis right-sized the airflow through the existing air handling units.

02

Connected Rensair Core units clean the air in the space and respond to changes in indoor air quality.

03

Less outdoor air to heat, cool and move means less energy, while air quality stays high.

No building works, no waiting for the landlord

Most of the buildings we’ll occupy in 2050 already exist. Tenant-led projects like this let occupiers act on net-zero targets now.

Thank you to CoreNet Global, the judges and Gensler, the award’s founding sponsor, and to Relina Bulchandani and the Salesforce Real Estate & Workplace Services team.
