A tenant-led project cut HVAC energy 38% and saved 346,815 kWh, with no building works.

Salesforce is a tenant at Salesforce Tower, a 46-floor building in central London. Like most tenants, it doesn’t own the HVAC. So we worked with what was there:
Rensair’s analysis right-sized the airflow through the existing air handling units.
Connected Rensair Core units clean the air in the space and respond to changes in indoor air quality.
Less outdoor air to heat, cool and move means less energy, while air quality stays high.
